Cyber- security: Penetration Testing, Cloud and Data Security.

Video Production: video Editing, Animation video, video Ads, shot video.

3. User Responsibilities

– Provide accurate information for service requests.

– Do not misuse resources (e.g., hacking, spamming, plagiarism).

– Attend in face-to-face sessions (9 AM–4 PM) or online classes (Saturday/Monday) if enrolled in training programs. Violations may result in disallow.

4. Restrictions

   – All content including logos, designs and software is us. you may not use, copy or share our content, logos or products without our permission.
   – Clients keep full rights to all their project deliverables unless otherwise agreed in writing.

   5. Payments & Refunds

   Service Fees: All costs will be clearly outlined in your project agreement before work begins. No hidden charges—just straightforward pricing.

   Refund Policy: Once a service is completed or a digital product (like themes or plugins) is delivered, we generally don’t offer refunds. We ensure quality upfront, so you get what you pay for.

   Chargebacks: Disputing a payment without contacting us first may result in suspended access to our services. If there’s an issue, let’s talk—we’re happy to help!

5. Third-Party Links

We may link to external services (e.g., AWS, Google Ads). AK World is not responsible for their policies.

7. Limitation of Liability

– Services are provide “as is.” We are not liable for indirect damages (e.g., data loss, profit delays).

– Cybersecurity clients assume risks for penetration testing outcomes.

8. Termination

AK World may stop access for:

– Rule violations (e.g., skipping training sessions).

– Fraudulent activity.

9. Amendments

Terms may update periodical. Users will be notifying via email or website notices.
